What is the best area to buy an apartment in the Raval neighborhood and what is the worst area in Raval? Have rental prices dropped due to COVID?

The best area in the Raval is the one above the Hospital street, the area closest to Pelai, Ronda Sant Antoni and Avinguda de les Corts Catalanes. In the wider streets there are more hours of sunshine, charming shops and usually more … noise. El Raval is an increasingly pedestrian and civilized neighborhood that attracts young people, with many schools of art, design, fashion and museums .. The most conflictive area of the Raval is probably the one that surrounds the film library (Filmoteca de Catalunya ).
